Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy

After a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. The Main Attraction

The standout feature is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, cities, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function on Windows.
